The positive impact of the first farmers’ training program in Lanao del Norte inspired the Marawi government to replicate the program in the city.

About 221 evacuees completed the previous Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan Farmers’ Training Program in Barangay Nangka, Balo-i, Lanao del Norte. The training afforded the IDPs an alternative source of livelihood and source of food.

Lanao del Norte 2nd District Rep. Abdullah Dimaporo likewise endorsed the program.
