As Lung Hin features authentic Cantonese dishes, it also takes pride in the dim sum offerings that it serves.
With master chef Wong Chiu Lung, native of Hong Kong, at the helm, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila's signature Cantonese restaurant offers two set menus.
Enjoy vegetarian dumpling, pork siu mai with truffle sauce, and shrimp dumplings with gold leaf, together with roasted pork nelly, baked barbecue pork buns, and Hong Kong satin chicken congee for Set A.
Set B, on the other hand, consists of deep-fried bean curd skin rolls with prawns, deep-fried Hong Kong pigeon, wok-fried rice roll with fresh shrimps and shredded chicken, pork spare ribs with garlic, and mushroom buns.
The set lunch menus will be available from March 8 to April 31.
