A proud Makatizen shows off his dog’s pet passport after his pet received the microchip implant at Barangay Kasilawan on Wednesday. The Makati Veterinary Services Office began the microchipping of pet cats and dogs at Barangays Pinagkaisahan and Kasilawan. MVSO is expecting to microchip about 1,000 pets from the two barangays until Friday. The program kicked off last Oct. 9 at Urdaneta Village, followed by Magallanes Village, Dasmariñas Village, and San Lorenzo Village and will cover an estimated 32,000 pets within the year.
