Bayswater makes wave in PH’s property market with 27 Annapolis

The real estate industry in the Philippines is on the rise.  And Bayswater Realty is not to miss out on the opportunity.

A new player in a field of giants, Bayswater started in 2013 with a miniscule team of five people.

Nowadays, they operate with various personnel, with different core strengths, with one goal in mind: to make a name for themselves as a Company which develops properties of high quality and class.

27 Annapolis is Bayswater’s first foray into real estate.  The first vertical high-rise building, which began construction in 2014, is a project, not just of massive scale- but of intricate workmanship.

All their dimensions and features are well thought of and all are addressed to the end users’ needs and wants.  Andie Ngan, CEO of Bayswater explains: “At the time 27 Annapolis was being built, there were already a lot of developments going around. We did not intend to compete with them but we intended to set ourselves apart by doing a project that creates spacious living which is highlighted by spectacular city views boosted by floor to ceiling windows. You can very well say that our aim was to influence the cityscape of Manila by building beautiful and quality projects that will last thru time.”

Ngan explains that their partners, who are all forces to be reckoned with in their respective disciplines,  were also handpicked to create their vision. Premiere architect is William Coscolluela while their general contractor is, Megawide Construction which has the leading pre-cast technology in the country.

And the stellar work they have churned out, thus far, has been rewarding- based on the multiple accolades they have received. Recently, they won the Best High-End Condo Development in Metro Manila and Best Condo Development in the Philippines from the Philippine Property Awards.

Despite the honors they have reaped, Bayswater says they hope to become a byword, too, in the property industry so they can reach a bigger market.

Towards this end, they hope to keep true to their values of modesty and hard work, which they believe are essential if they are to serve their clients and their customers, the best way they know how.
