The best of the Philippines at Kultura

Kultura brings together specialties from the country’s different regions.

Luzon features homegrown delicacies with bold flavors that represent the highlands of the North and farming plains of Central Luzon. These include pili cookies from Bicol, Arrowroot cookies from Gourmet Pantry, as well as coffee, salad dressings and other farm-grown favorites from Gourmet Farms

The fashion section has classic and contemporary barong and Filipiniana woven from natural fibers by Barong Filipino, Mayumi, Nuevo Ystilo, and Rurungan sa Tubod.  There are also home accents that celebrate our local heritage – inabel runners and bed covers by La Bon Vie, embroidered dining accessories by Criselcor, wooden kitchenware by Galvez & Wood Classic and quirky pieces by Art 24.

Kultura showcases the best products—such as fashion pieces, home accents, and food—from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

In the Visayas, traditional favorites are raised to artisanal levels by Don Papa Rum and Cebu Best dried mangoes dipped in premium chocolate.  There are also popular treats such as mango otap, gourmet tuyo and peanut kisses from Gourmet Pantry.

Treasures from the sea like Mother-of-Pearl and capiz shells are transformed into elegant pieces for the home – by Kristine’s Shell, Shell Arts Chilonia and Graceland.  Tumandok and Mano Arts feature laminated table accents; while Eva Marie Arts & Crafts has handwoven tikog bags and décor from Samar.

Mindanao’s distinct flavors are sourced from its rich landscapes: Cacao de Davao, muscovado sugar from Healthy Sweets, and the multi-awarded Malagos Chocolates.

Multicultural Mindanao is also a great source of inspiration for arts and crafts. There are precious pearls by Khai Pearl and coral jewelry from Asron from its deep blue seas.   Southern cultural communities also have so much to offer – tinalak by Angeliques and Gifts & Graces; and vibrantly-colored textiles handmade by the Yakan Weavers Cooperative.

Uniquely Filipino home, fashion, and delicacies are available at selected Kultura stores located at SM Aura Premier, SM Makati, SM Megamall, the SM Mall of Asia, SM Lanang Premier, SM City Cebu, SM Seaside, and SM City Cebu. Kultura boutiques are also located in Pico de Loro, Taal Vista, and the Molo Mansion, Iloilo.
