The Miss Philippines Earth pageant, produced by Carousels Productions, headed by Ramon Monzon, president, Lorraine Schuck, EVP, and Peachy Veneracion, VP for External Affairs, is now on its 17th year.

The raison d’etre of the search is the promotion of environmental preservation and protection. The Miss Philippines Earth winner will serve as environment ambassador and the Philippines’ representative to the annual Manila-based Miss Earth pageant.

The current Miss Philippines Earth is Kiara Giel Gregorio who inherited the crown from the outspoken Imelda Schweighart after she resigned following controversies caused by her comments on Miss Earth 2016 Katherin Espin of Ecuador.
