Navotas Mayor John Rey Tiangco has handed to 164 graduates of the city’s manpower training center their certificates for various short technical vocation courses.
Twenty students received National Certificate II papers for electrical installation and management, 22 for shielded metal arc welding, nine for gas tungsten arc welding, and 20 for automotive servicing.
Seven also graduated with electronic product assembly and servicing NC II, 12 in dressmaking NC II, at 20 in refrigeration and aircon servicing NC II.
Furthermore, 11 earned certificates for beauty academy (beauty care and hairdressing NC II), 33 for bread and pastry production NC II, and 10 for computer hardware servicing NC II.
