Students from the Architecture programs of various colleges and universities were recently awarded at Arkwiz 2017, an annual inter-school architectural quiz competition hosted by the UP Architecture Forum – the longest standing student organization in the UP College of Architecture, at the Toyota Asian Center Auditorium in University of the Philippines-Diliman.
This year’s theme was Building Science.
In previous years, Arkwiz has touched on topics, such as Ancient Architecture, Philippine Architecture, and Building Technology.
Named champion at the event was National University, composed of Artus Enriques, Tracy Joy Magpayo-Camara Laman, Ritchell Lozares, Paul Lorenzo, and Nielson Corres.
De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) won second place, with the duo of Serknight Benoya and Kenny Roger Laconza.
Rizal Technological University’s team of Jahrvie Garcia, Ricardo Galang, Ricky Oreo Lacerna, Arra Mae Espana Era was in third place.
DLS-CSB’s John Ramsu Miguel Marquez and Andrea Nicole Narca came in fourth.
