Landco Pacific Corporation recently signed an agreement with French hotel operator AccorHotels Group under the Novotel brand, to operate the former’s latest development, Novotel Calatagan beach resort, in Calatagan, Batangas. The beach resort will be the first international hotel chain in Batangas. It will be a 9-storey hotel building with 342 guest rooms featuring a nautical-inspired architectural concept designed by Pomeroy Studio, a Singapore-based firm. AccorHotels is a travel and lifestyle group offering unique experiences in more than 4,000 hotels, resorts and residences in 95 countries, as well as in over 2,500 of the finest private homes around the globe.
