Sta. Lucia Land (SLI) recently beefed up its presence in eastern Metro Manila with il Centro, the newest expansion of the Sta. Lucia Mall, a two-storey, 50,000 sq. m development.  The project includes a wide selection of specialty shops, dining outlets, hardware, appliance stores, a medical and dental center, and a fitness gym.

Imposing presence. Il Centro promises to be a hotspot for
leisure and recreation in the eastern Metro Manila area.

“With 9000 sq m of leasable space, il Centro showcases a mix of lifestyle, retail and service establishments,” Paul Michael Robles, SLI vice president for sales.

He noted that the Sta. Lucia Mall complex has the highest foot traffic of all the commercial centers in the area. “We expect the numbers to increase now that we have brands to cater to the high end market. This makes il Centro the best bet for retailers who are looking to tap into the growing market of the East,” he said.

Il Centro is accessible using Metro Manila’s transit networks and highways.  It is 5-10 minutes from Katipunan Avenue and Aurora Ave., a five-minute jeepney ride from LRT 2 Santolan Station and directly connected to Aurora Boulevard (which is the central road of Manila) via the Marcos Hi-way.

The commercial center is also within reach of the Ortigas and Eastwood CBDs, schools and universities, churches and medical centers.
