Furla meets Hello Kitty, My Melody

Hello Kitty and My Melody fans will be treated to a cute collection of bags as Sanrio and Furla renew their friendship.

Furla meets Hello Kitty, My Melody
BEST FRIENDS FOREVER. Bags couldn’t get any cuter than these Furla crossbody bags featuring best friends Hello Kitty and My Melody.
The stars of this new collection tell the story of a journey into infinite space.

My Melody is a bunny born in The Forest, Maryland. Her long ears are antennas for friendship and she knows straight away when people are happy or sad. Cheerful and honest, she loves baking cookies with her mama and is protective of her little brother. Among her favorite things are almond pound cake and the hood her grandma made for her.

The Stars print depicts My Melody sitting on Saturn’s rings, surrounded by constellations on a dark blue background. In another print, Hello Kitty hides behind Saturn in the Planets pattern, surrounded by stars, which orbit her on a Camelia background. The third print sees Hello Kitty aboard a large, colorful rocket, flying through space.

All of the prints, created using a digitally stylized cartoon graphic, come alive on the Metropolis—the iconic Furla crossbody bag available in small, in Ares calfskin leather, and in Mini in Saffiano with the chain and closure in classic metallic gold.

Two Metropolis bags featuring the faces of Hello Kitty and My Melody complete the capsule collection. The specially treated materials enhance the bags’ exterior with pearl effect details and three-dimensional applications like the small bow embellishment on both.

Also in this collection are printed fabric bands made to enrich the bags or to be worn as bracelets. Completing the Hello Kitty line are the My Play Furla flaps, wallets, and card cases.

The Furla Hello Kitty collection is now available in select Furla stores.
