What to wear at music festivals

The Philippine outdoor music event scene is thriving and growing as more large-scale music festivals and international artists are setting their sights on the country.

Music festival is not just a place to listen to indie music or dance to upbeat EDM tracks, it is also a great venue to showcase your Coachella or Woodstock vibe. Here are two looks you can wear for a day or night of awesome fun and non-stop music.

Downtown florals

Music festivals involve a whole night of dancing, jumping, and singing your heart out, so be sure to don your comfiest clothes to have the best fun. Take out your summer-printed floral shorts and skirts and pair it with a cropped top—the no-fail, music fest look.

Key pieces: Floral bottoms, statement tassel earrings or flower accessories, Merrell 1SIX8 Linna Strap Sandals

Dainty prints

For a more laid-back look, opt for floor-length bottoms and sleeveless blouses. Printed loose pants and maxi skirts are best worn with other solid-colored coordinates such as textured and fitted tops.

Key pieces: Lace or satin cropped top, printed maxi bottoms, gold or bronze multiple-layered necklace, Merrell Terran Ari sandals
