American footwear retailer Payless launches its latest collection featuring styles designed in collaboration with 32-year-old designer Christian Siriano.

THE PERFECT FIT. Step into the holiday season in comfortable and chic shoes from Payless’ latest collection which features on-trend and classic styles.
The fall 2018 line consists of slingbacks, power pumps, comfy flats, and trusty sneakers—all made to deliver both form and function, providing wearers a perfect fit and style as they step into the holiday season.

The sophisticated slingbacks

A style that is equal parts elegant and confident, the slingback is a shoe designed to turn heads. It’s equipped with all the best parts of a sandal––the towering heel and the polished appeal to complete even the simplest of outfits––only made more comfortable with a strap across the back of the ankle.

How to wear them: Keep with the trends and sport your slingbacks with a coordinated skirt suit, or keep it classic with a pair of cropped straight-leg jeans.

The power pumps

Sneakers and flats provide style without compromising comfort.
Those on the hunt for a power shoe, this silhouette is the answer to their pursuit. With a pointed toe and a high heel, the power pump has the ability to lengthen the leg and provide an extra height boost. It’s the kind of shoe women ought to be wearing while conquering the world.

How to wear them: Turn the classic silhouette into something unexpected by opting for pumps with modern cut-outs, cross strap designs, or a glittery finish, like the styles Siriano designed for the season.

The fool-proof flats

When the going gets tough, the tough reaches for their most comfortable shoes. This season, Payless pushes a balance between form and function with a selection of stylish flats. Those whose style persona falls on the dainty side of the spectrum, may opt for a pair of ballet flats to complete their look.

How to wear them: With a minimalist design, these shoes can match any outfit––feminine or masculine, skirt or pants, perfectly pared-down or decidedly flashy.

The lifestyle sneakers

Trendy sneakers for adults and bedazzled kicks for kids this holiday season.
A closet staple all year round, the lifestyle sneaker is omnipresent in both the men’s and women’s collections. Athletic and oh so trendy, these shoes can go from being one’s gym buddy to being the cherry on top of their skate culture-inspired ensembles.

How to wear them: Get in on the street style wave and sport them with high socks and ripped denims.

The lace-up brogues

A definite must-have in the modern gentleman’s wardrobe, the lace-up brogue provides the wearer with the best of both worlds. Straddling the line between casual and formal, this shoe has the potential to complement a diverse array of outfits.

How to wear them: Choose a pair crafted out of canvas to finish off an everyday look. Feeling dressy? Elevate a button-down and smart trousers with tasteful leather brogues.

Kicks for kids

This season, the little ones get a say in the footwear game, too. Payless presents little girls with metallic Mary Janes for princess costume parties, colorful sandals for trips to the beach, and bedazzled sneakers and boots for their first taste of city gal style. Naturally, the boys get just as much fun. Expect to see easy-to-wear rubber-soled shoes in sleek, neutral shades, slip-ons for casual days out, and sporty sneakers that even grown-ups would covet.

These shoes are available at any of Payless’ 70 branches across the country.
