Hip, modern, and sophisticated ensembles graced the catwalk at The Magnolia Residences Lookbook Fashion Gala Night held recently at the Robinsons Magnolia Mall Atrium in New Manila, Quezon City. The event highlighted the newest collections of popular local and international brands as well as up-and-coming designers. Participating brands included Topshop, Topman, Warehouse, Promod, Dorothy Perkins, Parfois, G2000, Mango, Penguin, Bayo, Teresa Hagape Atelier, Ganda Anore Couture, and Ever New.

More than the fashion and style ideas, The Magnolia Residences Lookbook presented a sneak peek into the kind of lifestyle that one can experience with The Magnolia Town Center’s master-planned complex.

“Fun events are just some of the perks of living at The Magnolia Residences,” said Mark Stephen Delumen, associate marketing director at Robinsons Land. “The biggest amenity here is the mall itself, where you can shop, dine, or watch movies with your family.”

Robinsons Magnolia's Mall Atrium transformed into a stunning catwalk during The Magnolia Residences Lookbook Fashion Gala Night which unveiled latest collection of popular local and international fashion brands as well as up-and-coming designers.

Apart from having a premier mall just a few steps away, several recreation and leisure amenities are also integrated in the four-tower residential complex, such as the jogging path, swimming pool, fitness gym, and Wi-Fi room. These active and passive amenities are designed with families in mind—thus, guaranteeing that quality times are more memorable and enjoyable for residents and their guests.

The elegant vertical community also enjoys a prominent address at the crossroads of New Manila, strategically located at the corner of Aurora boulevard and Doña Hemady street. The prime location is one of the traditional neighborhoods where old families have found sanctuary for generations.

The brands that participated in the runway show included Topshop, Topman, Warehouse, Promod, Dorothy Perkins, Parfois, G2000, Mango, Penguin, Bayo, Teresa Hagape Atelier, Ganda Anore Couture, and Ever New

“Good urban living means enjoying a comfortable home within a secure and vibrant community that is exclusive but is still located in the middle of the action,” said May V. Lopez, vice president for Sales and Marketing at Robinsons Land. “The Magnolia Residences gives the promise that the residents will live well and delivers on this commitment.”

The high-rise residential development redefines current perceptions and standards of modern city living as seen in its contemporary living spaces amidst all the urban conveniences. At present, units at the Tower A and B are ready-for-occupancy while Tower C is under construction and is already on pre-selling.

The Magnolia Residences and Robinsons Magnolia Mall are integral components of the Magnolia Town Center – a township that promotes a “walkable” lifestyle for urban dwellers. The complex also showcases the Summit Magnolia Hotel, which is ideal for business travelers, and couples or families searching for extraordinary staycations. This is one of the many reasons why this township was awarded as the Best Mixed Use Development in the 2014 International Property Awards.
