The Philippine National Bank recently launched its PNB EMV Debit Mastercard fully equipped with EMV Chip technology during its International Convention attended by all companies under the Lucio Tan Group.

At the convention, heads of local and international PNB branches and representatives from the numerous companies under the Lucio Tan Group were in attendance to present their various product offerings.

PNB President Reynaldo Maclang

For PNB, the launch of its new PNB EMV Debit Mastercard was announced during the event. This card is now protected by an EMV Chip, which makes it safer and more secure. With the successful implementation of PNB’s ATM network for EMV chip cards, cardholders need not worry about their cash withdrawals at any PNB ATM or BancNet ATM nationwide using their new card. When travelling abroad, cardholders can also use their card to get access to cash through Maestro ATMs.

The PNB EMV Debit Mastercard is more than just a regular ATM. Through PNB’s partnership with Mastercard, the world’s leading global payments and technology company, the debit card is made more powerful because it can now be used at over 45 million Mastercard accredited establishments not only in the Philippines but all over the world. Moreover, this debit Mastercard opens new doors to a world of unlimited online deals and offers at the best prices.
