Culinary master Chef Jun Yukimura is bringing his signature touch to Solaire’s fine dining Japanese restaurant Yakumi as he takes over the kitchen on June 6-8, from 7:00 p.m. to 10.
The kitchen take-over is part of Solaire’s “Culinary Masters,” a series of special dinner events featuring the most prominent chefs from all over the globe.
Known for his imaginative take on the long-established tradition of Kyoto cuisine, Chef Yukimura opened Azabu Yukimura in 2000 which has garnered the prestigious 3 Michelin Star and propelled it to be a must-visit in Tokyo.
Together with the restaurant’s renowned Executive Japanese Chef Norimasa Kosaka, Chef Yukimura will be preparing a bespoke eight-course Kaiseki menu which will highlight the unique flavorful twists of each dish that are distinct yet familiar to the palate. It will also feature the best sakes that will complement each course perfectly.
To immerse each guest in the culture of Japan, a traditional Japanese Koto player will provide deep and relaxing music as they savor every bite.
Dinner is priced at P10,000++ per person. Call (02) 888-8888 or email [email protected] for inquiries and reservations.
