Diners can either enjoy the dishes a la carte or have them all at the buffet selection. They can start their gustatory experience with shrimp or squid tempura then follow it up with Tuna Teppan. Balance the meal with some sautéed vegetables and piping hot bowls of savory miso soup.

When appetites start to get whetted, they can then sample some yakisoba dishes with Tori Momo Karaage (fried chicken), on the side. Meat lovers would love the Buta Shogayaki dish, pork meat sautéed in ginger.

But the choices don’t end there as Chef Kamimoto encourages diners to browse through the buffet menu and order every dish that their appetite craves. They will be prepared fresh.
