Figuring out what to eat everyday can be challenging and can be a serious source of stress. Hence many resort to ordering takeouts instead of going through the hassle of cooking decent meals. 

Convenience, however, often comes at a cost—in this case, food items that can easily be obtained and eaten do not have enough nutrients. Beko Philippines thus shares these recipes of popular takeout meals that are quick and easy to make at home.
 

Turkey Burger with Spinach and Feta

Turkey Burger with Spinach and Feta

Cooking time: 25 min. | Serves: 4 

Ingredients:

500g         ground turkey 

50g         oats 

2 pcs.         eggs 

250g         spinach, chopped 

50g         feta cheese, crumbled 

20g         onion, finely chopped 

1g         garlic powder 

        salt and pepper

Procedure: 

Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Combine them with your hands then form into patties.

Put a skillet over medium heat and grease it with a little bit of olive oil.

Cook the burgers on both sides until golden brown. 

Arrange to make burgers. 
 

Baked Salmon, Potato, and Zucchini

Baked Salmon, Potato, and Zucchini

Cooking time: 30 min. | Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 pc         potato

1 pc.         zucchini

1 pc.        salmon fillet 

15ml        extra virgin olive oil 

½ pc.        lemon 

        thyme

        salt and pepper

Procedure: 

Preheat oven to 180-degree Celsius.

Fold a large piece of parchment paper. Lay zucchini and potatoes on the parchment paper, then top with thyme and lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Fold parchment paper over salmon and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.

Quick Recovery Healthy Pizza

Cooking time: 25 min. | Serves: 2 

Ingredients:

330g         ï¬‚our 

200mal     warm water 

18g         fresh yeast 

17g         olive oil 

7g         salt 

150g         low-fat grated cheese 

250g         canned tomatoes 

        oregano

Procedure: 

To make the dough

Pour the water into a bowl; sprinkle with yeast and let it stand until foamy (5 minutes). Whisk together the oil and salt. Add flour and stir in a kitchen machine until a sticky dough forms.

Brush another large bowl with olive oil. Place the dough inside and drizzle a little oil over the top. Cover with a plastic wrap and set aside until the dough has doubled in size (approx. 1 hour).

Turn it onto a lightly floured work surface and knead 1 or 2 times, forming into a round. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

To make the pizza

Stretch the dough in the desired shape.

Preheat the oven at 210-degree Celsius.

Combine tomatoes with the oregano to make the sauce. 

Spread the sauce over the pizza dough.

Add grated cheese and chosen toppings.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
