Macaroni recipes with CDO Karne Norte

Warm Macaroni Salad


50 grams         CDO Karne Norte Classic

2   cups            Salad macaroni, cooked

1   tbsp            Onions, minced 

2   tbsps           Carrots, diced and boiled

2   tbsps           Celery, diced and boiled

¾ cup               Mayonnaise

½  cup              All-Purpose Cream

¼ cup               Danes Classic Cheese, grated


1. In a bowl, toss together macaroni, onions, carrots, and celery while still warm.

2. Add CDO Karne Norte, mayonnaise, cream, and Danes Classic Cheese, Mix well.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Transfer to a serving platter, Serve warm.  

Mac and Cheese


50 grams         CDO Karne Norte Classic

2   tbsps           Vegetable Oil

2   tbsps           Onion minced

1   cup             Fresh Milk

3   cups            Danes Classic Cheese, grated

3   cups            Elbow Macaroni, cooked

¼   cup             Butter

1   tbsp             Parsley, chopped

                        Salt and Pepper to taste 


1. In a sauce pan, sauté onions and CDO Karne Norte.

2. Stir in fresh milk, half of the Danes Classic Cheese, and Butter. Season with Salt and Pepper. Let it simmer.

3. Toss macaroni into the sauce. Mix well.

4. Transfer to a serving casserole, Sprinkle with the remaining Danes Classic Cheese and parsely, Serve hot.
