One of the best ways of exploring the richness of the Philippines is through its flavors.

You can either travel far and wide or choose to sit back, relax, and be comfortably served with authentic Pinoy gustatory delights in Sangkap Filipino Restaurant. We recommend you choose the latter and be flavorfully surprised.

Fast becoming a go to venue for Filipino food with a modern, more flavorful spin is Sangkap by celebrity chef, Raymar Reyes.

Chef Raymar took a new approach in recreating classic Pinoy favorites from different regions in the country in one menu. The dishes he offers here gives us a shortcut to experiencing iconic dishes all over the Philippines.

Most of Sangkap’s tasty and affordable dishes come in group portions, with best-selling Cebu Lechon Sinigang, a favorite for its unique mango broth base and other spices. Another popular one is the Ivatan Kilawin, which has a blend of tanigue, shrimps and squid mixed with rich coconut milk. If you haven’t travelled to Mindanao yet, you can have a taste of that side of the country too with their Zambaonga Adobong Baka sa Gata.
