Mandaue City—Habitat for Humanity Philippines recently kicked off its first-ever real estate fair at the Pacific Mall Mandaue here.
“Ang Real Estate Fair na May Puso (With a Heart)” stays true to Habitat’s mandate that everyone deserves a decent place to live.
A portion of the rental fees from Cebu’s top real estate developers will be donated to fund Habitat Philippines projects.
Property developers who participated in the fair are AboitizLand Inc., Mandani Bay, Priland Development Corp., Amaia Land Corp., Softouch Property Development Corp., Primary Homes Inc., Eastland Property Ventures Inc., and Orchard Property Marketing Corp.
As part of the program, Vicsal Foundation Board of Trustee, Habitat Philippines Board member and Pacific Mall Corp. president Dr. Edward Gaisano, Vicsal Foundation president Marco Ang de Leon and Vicsal Foundation executive director Liezel Lupina presented coin banks to show their continuous support to Habitat Philippines.
Vicsal Foundation has been a Habitat partner since 2017.
Habitat Philippines Board member Dr. Edward Gaisano, Habitat Philippines COO Lili Fuentes, Greentech Development Corp. CEO Kaiser Tan, and VP of Operations Hilary Manansala will sign a memorandum of agreement to officially launch their partnership in helping families in need.
Through the partnership called, “Home for a Home,” Greentech will sponsor a Habitat home for every house the Cebu-based property developer will sell.
