Bulgarian ATM skimmer nabbed

AUTHORITIES have nabbed a Bulgarian for automated teller machine fraud in Quezon City late Wednesday.

Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar announced the arrest of Orlin Grozdanov Stoev, 38, by patrol policemen of Station 11, led by Supt. Christian dela Cruz, near a bank on Kitanlad Street in Barangay Tatalon.

He yielded 15 cloned black ATM cards, P51,000 cash, a pocket Wi-Fi, a Samsung android phone, nine assorted plastic cards and a Honda Click motorcycle.

A police report showed at 1 a.m. yesterday, a roving security guard of a bank saw the suspect making prolonged and multiple ATM transactions while wearing a mask and helmet. Stoev then left on a motorcycle.
