Castillejos, Zambales”•A socialized housing developer is offering affordable houses to OFWs and workers in the province.
“There are still 231 affordable units available here at Hanjin Village in Barangay Nagbunga,” said Fiesta Communities Marketing supervisor Richie Legaspi during an open house event here.
“Our cheapest unit only has a monthly amortization of P3,900, with no other charges aside from the reservation fee of P5,000,” he added.
Once the loan process is finished at the Pag-ibig Fund, the unit can be immediately occupied, Legaspi said.
Hanjin Village was inaugurated in April 2013 initially for workers of Korean shipbuilding company Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Co. in neighboring Subic.
However, Hanjin announced its bankruptcy a few months ago, displacing its workers and leaving houses unoccupied.
