Bataan SP welcomes new SK Federation president

Balanga City, Bataan—The Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Vice Gov. Cris Garcia warmly welcomed its newest member, Bataan Sangguniang Kabataan Federation president Precious Manuel. 

The vice governor formally introduced the new SK federated president to members of the provincial board during their regular session at the Bataan Public Library on Monday.

As the elected SK provincial federation president, Manuel sits as an ex-officio member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

Manuel, 23, from Barangay Magsaysay in Dinalupihan town, was elected SK municipal federated president on May 29, and then SK provincial federated president on June 7.

She graduated from Columban College with a BS Accountancy degree and recently left her job at the SGV corporate services firm in Manila to focus on her SK duties.

Manuel is also a member of Victory Church Dinalupihan.
