Dinalupihan, Bataan—Provincial Environment Officer Raul Mamac commended his CENRO Dinalupihan personnel for going out of their way to help an ill child get to the hospital.

It was learned that members of LAWIN Team of CENRO Dinalupihan were patrolling and doing the assessment on National Greening Program site in Barangay Pinulot, Dinalupihan Thursday when they encountered a worried woman holding her unconscious child with rigid body and dark lips.

Seeing the gravity of the situation, the DENR personnel without hesitation promptly brought the mother and child to the nearest hospital and never left until the latter was revived.

Mamac and Dinalupihan CENRO Meliton I. Vicente Jr. commended their subordinates for “soaring high and never just bounded by the DENR mandate and were able to give deeper meaning to public service.”

“Worth emulating for doing what is necessary and right at any given time,” said the DENR Bataan head in describing the deed of his subordinates.
