GENERAL TRIAS CITY—Mayor Antonio “Ony” Ferrer and local officials here recently welcomed Police Supt. Gil Torralba as the new acting chief of police of the General Trias Component City Police Office during the 2018 Investors Month celebration held at Bayleaf Hotel in Barangay Manggahan.
Torralba replaced Supt. Carlo Caceres, who had a brief stint as officer in charge of the GenTri Police Department and is now back in the Cavite Provincial Police Office.
Torralba served the San Pablo City Police Office in Laguna for almost eight months before transferring to Cavite, according to Senior Supt. William Segun, CPPO Director.
Torralba has also handled the Dasmarinas City Police Office, Silang Municipal Police Station, Noveleta Municipal Police Station, and Cavite Provincial Intelligence Branch.
The colonel will handle the GenTri Police main office and the substations in Manggahan, Pasong Camachile II, San Francisco, Tropical Village, and in Peza in Bacao along Centennial road.
