Property developer Ortigas & Company recently topped off The Imperium, its 62-storey prime residential tower in Capitol Commons. The Imperium only has four units to a floor guaranteeing spacious units and maximum privacy.

"The Imperium is a very interesting addition to our Capitol Commons estate, which we are shaping to become a  global, cosmopolitan nucleus of the best in residential, business, and lifestyle,” said Ortigas & Company CEO and president Jaime E. Ysmael. 

The project was awarded the best luxury condo architectural design at the 2018 PropertyGuru Philippines property awards. The 62-storey tower has rooms rendered in two- to three-bedroom configurations, as well as larger suites. It will be  turned over in 2020.

At the topping off ceremony were  Ysmael (sixth from left) and D.M. Consunji Inc.’s (DMCI) president and COO, Jorge A. Consunji (third from left).
