AboitizLand, the Cebu-based property arm of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. recently launched Ajoya, a mid-market residential development that offers master-planned communities for families in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, and Capas, Tarlac. Ajoya Cabanatuan is a 19-hectare property located in Barangay Valle Cruz, Nueva Ecija, while Ajoya Capas is a 13-hectare house and lot development located in Barangays Talaga and Estrada in Tarlac. Both properties contain 1,000 units of homes each. Ajoya Cabanatuan property prices range from Php3.2M to Php5.5M, while Ajoya Capas’ are from Php1.7M to Php3.5M.  “With the launch of Ajoya as our flagship mid-market residential product in Luzon, we are excited to finally bring the distinct spirit of AboitizLand communities to our prospective ‘vecinos’ (neighbors) in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac,” said AboitizLand first vice president Rafael de Mesa. AboitizLand has built 23 communities, industrial, residential, and commercial combined, in more than 612 hectares of land in Cebu. In 2014, it expanded to Luzon with the acquisition of the 485-hectare industrial park Lima Technology Center in Lipa-Malvar, Batangas.
