Calmar Land Development Corporation (CLDC), one of the more aggressive developers in Southern Luzon, is pressing forward with its current home developments in the region in time for its 30th year. Established in 1989, CLDC has more than 20 residential projects and close to 500 hectares of land developed and set for further development or expansion in Quezon, Batangas and Laguna area. “As we open new projects and new phases in current projects, our commitment to remain relevant to the market, remains,” said Raymundo Alonso, chief operating officer of CLDC. The company recently launched the Promesa project in Pila, Laguna (Seen in photo), geared to provide more affordable house and lot packages for starting, or small families. Promesa Pila offers townhouses and duplex types, which can be availed either as a Family Starter or Complete Series. Promesa projects feature mixed use commercial and residential spaces, and amenities that homeowners can enjoy. Homes in a Promesa project start at Php 900,000.00 to around Php 1.5 million, and are available through Pag-IBIG financing.
