Boutique developer C-5 Mansions Development Corp. recently broke ground for Ridgewood Towers Premier, the centerpiece in its Ridgewood Square development along C5 Road. Scheduled for completion in 2022, Ridgewood towers premier completes the four-tower development located at the periphery of Bonifacio Global City — some 400 meters from SM Aura Premier, and within walking distance of McKinley Hill. Said C-5 Mansions general manager Alfonso Keh Jr. during the ceremony: “by committing to our schedule, we prove that C-5 Mansions values our clients’ investments.” The groundbreaking coincided with the constant flurry of activity in BGC: several office towers are now rising, as are commercial areas – even an official Lego store is underway. “These are exciting times, indeed,” Keh remarked, and added that such activity has only “drummed up investor interest” for his project. Ridgewood towers premier boasts amenities such as a lap pool, a kiddie pool for toddlers, a jacuzzi, a private gym, a theater, and a sky garden.
