GREEN SPACES. Developer DMCI Homes is currently building the Celandine in A. Bonifacio Avenue, Balintawak, Quezon City, a single 45-level tower amidst the ongoing urban redevelopment in the Cloverleaf interchange. The project combines design innovations and green spaces to give residents a breather at a time of urban living stress.  These include amenities such as a linear park and themed gardens, roof garden, an expansive open lawn with grill pit areas,swimming pool complex, basketball court, gazebo, and fitness gym. To be completed in October 2021, the Celandine is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, known for building resort-inspired communities in Metro Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City.
