Community fiesta

DMCI Homes recently held its first its first community fiesta at its Acacia Estates township development in Taguig City. Acacia Estates is DMCI Homes’ 150-hectare township development in that city, where it  hosts 25,000 residents of various condominium communities.

“We want to preserve Filipino traditions in our communities for the benefit of our residents, especially the younger generation,” said DMCI Homes Property Management Corporation (DPMC) senior vice president Enrico C. Wong.

Serving as the highlight of the fiesta were the first Little Miss Acacia pageant, and a fashion show for the pet dogs of residents. Businessman David Chua, said  the fiesta gave unit owners a chance to meet new friends from the community.

“It brings the community together. You get to meet a lot of your neighbors that you don’t get to meet in a regular scenario,” he explained.
