HOLIDAY HOSTING TIPS. Designer Rocio Olbes-Ressano recently held a holiday-themed ‘At Home with Ethan Allen’ event at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), featuring various yuletide activities that bring fun to Christmas. Guests participated in holiday crafts, including customized gift wrapping, calligraphy for gift cards, and Christmas-themed centerpiece arrangements. Donors and guests got a front seat to Ethan Allen’s newest pieces and upcoming collection. A portion of the proceeds went to Habitat for Humanity Re-Store. “I love a classic and traditional holiday experience,” said Olbes-Ressano (below) ,who has been featured in various high-profile European publications such as Vogue Italia, Elle UK and Japan for her fashion work. “You cannot beat the classics, and the holidays are all about traditions. I do not do Christmas themes, but I simply lay out traditional décor to create the beautiful, wonderful holiday atmosphere,” she said.
