The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), together with Gov. Antonio del Rosario of Capiz and Pueblo de Panay officials, recently turned over a new office building of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), soon to be upgraded from a satellite office to a district office. The building stands on a thousand square meter parcel of land in Pueblo de Panay, a 350-hectare mixed-use township development dubbed as the “city within a city” of Roxas.
