NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI), recently held a motivational talk to help its sellers sustain, and further strengthen the company’s performance in the industry. Chinkee Tan, a well-known personality in the sales business, presided over the one-hour session during NorthPine Land’s second quarter sales awards event held in Muntinlupa City. The talk entitled “Benta, benta ‘pag may time” gave tips on how to be a more efficient sales professional. Tan discussed the power of change, and ways to break out of negative habits and mindset that go hand in hand with the challenges in a competitive selling field. The limelight of the first six months of the company was the grand launch of Montana Strands, its newest property in San Fernando City, Pampanga. The awards night is the first time NLI combined a special talk for its sales networks.
