Betting on a co-lifestyle concept

Betting on a co-lifestyle concept

Eton Properties is building Eton WestEnd Square, a promising location for individuals and enterprises, from tech and online companies, eco-friendly shops, social enterprises, to homegrown restaurants and other new enterprise concepts. Currently rising at the corner of Chino Roces Ave., Yakal, and Malugay streets, the  development’s location in West Makati offers a high-value business and commercial address, while being distinct enough from the city’s known hustle and bustle. eWestMall has two storeys of retail spaces that Eton Properties aims to transform into a co-play hub, featuring brands that gather and connect people through shopping and dining experiences, as well as services. The project will offer up four floors of work spaces best-suited for BPOs, tech companies, and start-ups. Just a walk away is Blakes Tower, a 36-floor mixed-use development that houses serviced apartments, a dormitory, and boutique offices. The development will feature  breakout rooms and lounge areas per floor which will serve as a respite from the structured small office and condo living, or dormitory lifestyle. “At Eton WestEnd Square, community is king,” said said Martha Herrera-Subido, Eton’s AVP for marketing. “With opportunities for leisure enjoyment, career pursuits, and quality residences in one mini-township, we plan a self-sustaining and vibrant enclave.”
