Property developer Anchor Land recently broke ground for Juan Luna Logistics in Binondo, Manila, its fifth warehousing facility. “Anchor Land continues to be a proactive business partner of local entrepreneurs in building and strengthening their respective businesses by providing efficient solutions to their logistical requirements,” said Anchor Land CEO Steve Li said. Juan Luna Logistics is a modern storage building that offers spacious units with a density of only eight (8) units per floor. Catering to local entrepreneurs who are engaged in wholesale trade, the 29-storey building will be located in front of 168 Shopping Mall, one of the most popular wholesale shopping centers in Divisoria.
