Lucia Land along the Nasugbu coastline in Batangas province. With Enrile is architect Paulo Alcazaren of the Nasacosta design team ((SC&A, PGAA & EMPIRE). Nasacosta is a product of the Jaka Group’s and Sta Lucia Land’s desire to tap the burgeoning retirement haven market of (local and foreign retirees), and the improving tourism scene in the Philippines. The development will be marked by low to mid-rise condominiums amidst the backdrop of trees, beds of flowers, manicured lawns and modern amenities such as a gym, spa, recreational facilities, wi-fi access, all incorporated in a natural beach setting.
