Where the sea meets the city

Azuela Cove, a brainchild of Aviana Development Corp., a joint-venture company of the Alcantara Group of Companies (AG) and Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), will soon rise as a waterside business and residential center in Davao City.

A 25-hectare development located at Km 7 Lanang, the P20 billion project offers Davao denizens  home, business, and lifestyle options—all in one location, and marked by open spaces and a splendid view of the Davao Gulf. Azuela Cove’s masterplan includes The Shops,  which will be home to local food favorites as well as classic national and international dining establishments, and St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC), which is set to open in 2022.

An early locator is Ayala Land Premier (ALP), which will develop the first condominium towers in the district. Interim facilities include The Tent, a 2,000 sqm. air-conditioned events tent, and The Sports Hub, which includes a 90m x 58m soccer field.

Azuela Cove will be designed with sustainability in mind: aside from the site being hazard-resilient, it will nurture an existing regenerated forest, adapt a landscaping design that makes use of mostly native plant species, and have rainwater catchment facilities.
