Officials of Muntinlupa City stand with the 2019 Seal of Good Local Governance marker received from the Department of the Interior and Local Government for its outstanding delivery of public service in seven assessment areas of governance. Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, Rep. Ruffy Biazon, and other local officials present the Seal to Muntinlupa City Government officials and employees during the city’s flag-raising ceremony last Dec. 2.
