Christmas in umbrellas

Christmas is breathing in almost every corner of the country, but one place—Miguelin Street in crowded Sampaloc, Manila—has installed colorful umbrellas instead of expensive lanterns in line with the beautification project of several barangays in Manila under Mayor Francisco ‘Isko’ Domagoso.
