Biggest 'biko'

SM City Marilao mall manager Emmanuel Gatmaitan (right) sprinkles some ingredients on a giant ‘biko’ or rice cake — which measures 20 feet across and can serve 16,000 people—made by over 100 culinary students of STI Balagtas on Tuesday.
