Zambo water deal

The Local Water Utilities Administration enters into two deals with private contractors to build sewage treatment plants and water and sewer system for the Zamboanga City Water District. The contracts, amounting to P480 million, were signed by LWUA Acting Administrator Jeci Lapus (seated, third from left) at the agency’s office in Balara, Quezon City. Witnessing are LWUA Acting Deputy Administrator for Finance Service Redentor Talavera (seated right) and contractor representatives from Mactan Rock Industries Inc. and Verzontal Builders Inc.
