Inattentive to passers-by

Some migratory birds, among some 150 from over 600 species of birds in the Philippines, hold their summer scene on water spouts of an erstwhile fountain in Pasay City that used to whirl air and water columns before the onset of the dry spell this month. Seasonal changes affect food scarcity, a reason why many species of animals, including birds, temporarily move to warmer regions at certain times of the year.
