Participants to the Department of Energy’s investment forum in Davao City ask their questions about the regulatory processes, policies, financing and benefits and other concerns about energy projects in Mindanao. The open forum panel is composed of Energy Undersecretary Felix William Fuentebella, assistant secretary Redentor Delola, Mindanao Development Authority assistant secretary Romeo Montenegro, Philippine Electricity Market Corp.’s  Clares Loren Jalocon, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines’ Fernando Javier, Department of Environment and Natural Resources director Metodio Turbella, Banco De Oro Unibank’s Joseph Rhoderick Lledo and Alsons Energy Development Corp.’s Joseph C. Nocos.
