The Social Security System and Union Bank of the Philippines sign an agreement for the SSS Pension Loan Program at SSS Building, East Avenue, Quezon City. Shown are SSS president and chief executive Emmanuel Dooc (left) and UBP president and chief executive Edwin Bautista during the signing of the agreement that will allow loan proceeds of the PLP be directly credited to the pensioner’s UBP Quick Card.  PLP is a financial assistance program for qualified SSS retiree-pensioners, which offers loans of up to P32,000 at low interest.
