Student-beneficiaries of Pembo Elementary School in Makati receive their meals as part of the school’s feeding program on Friday, July 13. The Department of Education kickstarted the nationwide Oplan Kalusugan to provide basic primary health and dental services to public daycare, kindergarten, and elementary schools. Among the programs offered are the National Drug Education Program, Adolescent Reproductive Health Education, and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in Schools Program.
