Garden revived

The Metro Manila Mayors Spouses Foundation Inc., in partnership with the Philippine General Hospital, successfully rehabilitated the Central Garden located at the hospital compound as part of its projects this year. The garden offers relaxation and hope to PGH patients and relatives by serving as a quiet refuge from stress and fatigue. Present during the unveiling of the commemorative marker for the project with PGH director Gerardo Legaspi (second from right) are MMMSFI officials (from left) lawyer Maricar Sarmiento, representing Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano; foundation treasurer Edna Calixto; former Pasig City mayor Maribel Eusebio, PRO; MMMSFI president Janet Olivarez, wife of Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez; and Ms. Edna Malapitan of Caloocan City.
