Army Award. The Philippine Army received the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame Award for executing strategy in London, United Kingdom on March 14, 2018. Lt. Gen. Rolando Joselito D. Bautista, (left) the Commanding General of the Philippine Army, was accompanied by the Chief of the Army Governance and Strategy Management Office, Col. Joel M Paloma, (right) as the Philippine Army was awarded at the Reimagine Strategy: Palladium Positive Impact Summit 2018 in London. The coveted award was bestowed by the co-creator of the Balanced Scorecard, and Harvard Business School Professor Emeritus, Dr. Robert S. Kaplan.
