Workers install the Pasinay emblem fronting the Cultural Center of the Philippines theater in Pasay City, with several activities lined up for the 14th Pasinaya Open House Festival 2018 with Palabas at Palihan openikng on Februarfy 3-4. Pasinaya is the largest annual multi-arts festival in the country with more than 300 shows in music, theater, dance, visual arts, film and literature.
